Earning Points

Accrual Rate:

• Customers earn 1 points for every 10 RM spent on eligible purchases.If a customer spends 100 RM on eligible items, they will earn 10 points The points are credited to their account directly  after the purchase.

Redeeming Points

Redemption Value:

• Every 10 points can be redeemed for 1 RM.
• Points can be redeemed in increments of 10 points (e.g., 10 points = 1 RM, 20 points = 2 RM).

Minimum Spend for Redemption:

• Customers must spend a minimum of 100 RM in a single transaction to be eligible to redeem points.

Redemption Options:

• Points can be used for discounts on purchases at checkout.
• Points can be redeemed online or in-store.

Exclusions and Limitations:

• Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Points cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
• Maximum of 500 points can be redeemed per transaction (equivalent to 50 RM).

Point Management

Account Information:

• Customers can view their point balance and transaction history through their online account.

Point Adjustments:

• Points are deducted for returned items proportionate to the value of the return.
• If a purchase is canceled, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted.

General Terms

Program Changes:

• The company reserves the right to modify program rules and point values at any time.
• Significant changes will be communicated to customers at least 30 days in advance.
