Recipe: Buffalo slices Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
1 pound pre-sliced buffalo
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 bell peppers, thinly sliced (assorted colors)
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup snap peas
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Sesame seeds and sliced green onions, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the sliced onion, bell peppers, broccoli florets, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp. Remove the vegetables from the skillet and set aside.
Stir-Fry the Buffalo :
Add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet. Add the pre-sliced buffalo silver side and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Combine and Finish:
Return the cooked vegetables to the skillet with the buffalo silver side. Pour the sauce over the ingredients and toss to coat evenly. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly and everything is heated through.
Serve:
